You already know what to do. That was never the problem.
You would never let a department run without an owner, a number, or a review. Your health has had none of the three for years.
The meeting nobody notices you cancel
The workout is the only block on your calendar with no one on the other side of it. So it is the one that always gets cancelled.
The crash you call normal
Your focus drops exactly when the day needs it most. You cover it with caffeine and run the same day again tomorrow.
You could write the meal plan yourself
You have read the articles. Knowing was never the bottleneck. Bandwidth is.
Parked behind the launch
Every quarter starts with "once this launch is over." The launch ends. Another one starts. Your health stays parked in next quarter.
This is a diagnostic, not a program
You do not need more information and you do not need more discipline. You need to know which single constraint is actually throttling you, because fixing the wrong one is why nothing has stuck.
The week you actually have
The Blueprint is a three-minute diagnostic built for the way you already think. It reads your real schedule, your travel, your dinners, your sleep, and names your #1 bottleneck. Not a generic score. A named constraint.
Default Plays
Pre-made decisions for the moments that currently run on autopilot: the client dinner, the travel week, the 9pm hour. Eating well stops requiring willpower at 8pm.
A Circuit Breaker
The first rule you put in place, before anything else. It shuts down the one failure point that keeps breaking everything downstream — for most owners, the late night that wrecks the next day.
Nothing, including commitment
No overhaul. No 90-day pledge. You are not signing up for anything. You are running a diagnostic on an asset you have left unmeasured.
Three steps, and only the first one is today
The quiz is the whole ask. Everything after it happens only if what you see makes you want more of it.
You should know who is on the other end
Ammo Performance Group is me. I coach a small number of people one-on-one. I write every program myself, read every check-in myself, and answer every message myself. There is no team, which is the point and also the limit.
What I will not do: put you on a crash diet, hand you a template with your name typed on it, or sell you a supplement stack. The default for most owners is recomposition, not a cut, because most of you are under-muscled rather than overfed.
This system exists for operators who negotiate hard deals but eat whatever is closest at 9pm. Who can read a P&L at a glance but have not weighed themselves since spring. Who do not need motivation, because nobody works 60-hour weeks without it. They need their health run the way they run everything else: one owner, one number, one review, one change at a time.
Client names and photos go on this page when clients put them there. Until then, judge the system itself. It is written out above, and you can hold me to every line of it.
The four questions I always get
I do not have time for this.
Correct, and that assumption is load-bearing here. The quiz takes three minutes. The system it feeds was built for people with zero margin: three 45-minute sessions as the floor, meals decided in advance instead of tracked, four minutes of check-in on Saturday. Anything heavier than that dies by week three, which is exactly why it is not in the system.
I have tried fitness stuff before. It does not stick.
It did not stick because it was built for someone with your goals and somebody else's calendar. Generic plans fail operators at the same three points every time: travel weeks, client dinners, and the 9pm hour. The Blueprint starts from those failure points instead of pretending you will avoid them.
I do not know if I need a coach.
You might not, and the quiz does not require one. You keep the Blueprint either way. A coach makes sense when you want what your best departments have: someone accountable for the number, reading the trend weekly, and adjusting the plan when the quarter goes sideways. The 30-minute call exists to figure out honestly whether that is you.
What does it cost?
At Ammo Performance Group we have plans catered to every need. Which one fits depends on how much support you actually want, so we go through it on the strategy call once I understand what you are solving for, and I will tell you straight which one makes sense. The monthly options run month to month. There is no long-term contract.
Another year out of shape costs more than you think.
You already know what deferred maintenance costs. Another year of ignoring your body does not show up as one big failure. It shows up as compounding interest: slower mornings, shorter tempers, decisions made at 80 percent, a version of you in photos you stopped commenting on. You would never let a core function of the business drift like that and call it "busy."
Three minutes tells you exactly what to fix. The rest is your call.
